Pansoft was founded in 1995 by a team of professionals with years of experience in management consulting and systems application project management.

Pansoft is a Certified Partner of Infor, world leader in ERP and WMS solutions. Pansoft has had sole responsibility for the development and localisation for the Italian market of the ERP solution PRMS (chosen by thousands of companies worldwide) and supports both PRMS and Infor WMS in Italy.

Moreover, Pansoft is an IBM Business Partner with years of experience in integrated information systems and particular skills in AS/400 iSeries and Client/Server. For administrative and organisational projects, Pansoft project manages and supports solutions principally based around IBM 'Applicazioni Contabili Gestionali' (ACG Web Edition), which has an installation base of thousands throughout Italy. Pansoft is also IBM Development Partner for web-based application solutions designed with IBM Websphere suite.

Pansoft, bringing together the expertise of its own software engineers, has also developed a series of software modules which enable the interface and integration of PRMS with IBM ACG. This makes PRMS the only international ERP combined with the Italian "number 1" fiscal and administrative software.
