Starting from the current month of March, the corporate structure of Pansoft has undergone a significant change aimed at strengthening our operations and ensuring greater continuity in the services we provide to you.

The company shares have been acquired by Horsa Power Srl, a subsidiary of Horsa SpA, an Italian ICT entity with approximately 2,000 employees and €200 million in revenue (https://www.horsa.com). Pansoft will continue its activities seamlessly, with no changes in management.

Mr. Agnelli and Mr. Visconti will remain as administrators, and the rest of the personnel will remain unchanged. This transition will potentially enhance the range of services offered, as well as the utilization of resources within the group. Moreover, it will undoubtedly strengthen the company’s financial stability and long-term outlook.
