In GxP environments the production documentation is a critical issue that needs to be properly managed for Maintenance, Archiving, Visualization, Printing etc.
Our application is not just a Document Management System but allows to manage all the GMP critical documents through particular restrictions by user authorizations.
No unauthorized copies or duplication or uncontrolled printouts can be performed.
An approval work flow with three levels of authorization is also included.

Sales Performance and KPI
Web App in cloud for Sales KPI calculation for Companies that have Instruments (machines) by the Customers and need to match the sales of products with Instruments installed.
The Tool matches all the information to provide the KPIs (Sales units divided by Number of instruments) at any level of detail.
Sales Commissions Management
“Commissions” software objective is to manage automatically invoices assignment and related commissions calculation to agents.
The system is optionally integrated with a tool called “Contracts Workflow” that manages agents’ contracts from the initial request to the final approval, generating also the master file information in Commissions software.
The software is web-based, so that all the functionalities can be accessed from everywhere through an internet browser after the connection to a specific server address inside the Company network.
All the screens are available in English and in Italian, but printouts for sales force can be produced in local language.
